We are lead by a Pastor with over 25 years of experience working in both large and small churches. He has directed the digital and communications efforts and seen a significant amount of change in those years. In the realm of digital technology he is a firm believer that it is more important to hold onto strategic preparedness and not strategic planning, because technology often moves faster than our ability to plan.
